La MX29F080 è una memoria Flash da 8 megabit organizzata in 1024K byte di 8 bit.Il MX29F080 è confezionato in 40 pin TSOP o 44 pin SOPÈ progettato per essere riprogrammato e cancellato nel sistema o nei programmatori EPROM standard.
